Help HSPs understand and embrace your sensitivity, manage overwhelming emotions, set boundaries, and develop self-care practices that cater to your unique needs.

Empath's sensitivities:

Assist empaths in setting healthy boundaries, managing emotional overwhelm, and developing strategies to protect your energy while still being compassionate towards others.

Living as an introvert:

Help introverts navigate social situations, assert your needs, and embrace your introverted qualities as strengths rather than limitations.

Terminal illness and end of life:

Provide emotional support, help individuals process their feelings, cope with uncertainty, and facilitate important conversations about end-of-life wishes and legacy.

I am committed to helping you build resilience, develop coping skills, and cultivate a sense of inner peace and balance. I have been told that I have a calming presence and my down-to-earth approach and genuine care for others make me a trusted ally on your journey towards healing and growth.

Our therapeutic relationship will be the most important aspect of our time together and will assist us in creating a balanced view of your life.

Outside of my counseling practice, I volunteer at a local hospice, stay active with my dog, spend time with loved ones, attend concerts and travel when my schedule allows for it.

It’s perfectly OK to tell someone that things are not OK. Sometimes we need a travel companion along the way and always remember that you have an endless amount of do-overs!
